Walters has opened The Ponds At Jackson Twenty-One, an income-restricted housing community offering 88 LEED-certified apartment units. John Gonzalez of East Brunswick has been hired as the supervisor of instruction for the Alpha School, Jackson, one of three RKS Association private special education schools, approved by the New Jersey Department of Education for students with special needs and disabilities. Gonzalez will oversee classroom operations at the Alpha School and work with the instructional staff on IEP planning and implementation, and behavioral intervention. Besides serving as the certified school safety specialist at the Alpha School, Gonzalez will also continue to work part-time at the Gateway School, Carteret, as the supervisor of instruction.
