Lintdorst’s ‘unique perspective’ needed for the school board

To the editor:

I have been a resident of Hopewell Township for seven years and my children attended Bear Tavern Elementary School and currently attend Timberlane Middle School. I am proud to call Debbie Linthorst a friend and a valued volunteer colleague and I support her candidacy for one of the seats on the Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education.

Through many years of PTO involvement, I have had the pleasure to work beside Debbie. She consistently demonstrates a committed work ethic and efficiently completes all tasks and responsibilities. I have worked on committees and on PTO executive boards led by Debbie, and she has a balanced and thoughtful approach to planning and decision-making. She routinely conducts thorough research and methodically considers proposed changes and new ideas. These attributes and skills, honed through countless volunteer experiences, will confirm Debbie as an effective member of the Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education.

Debbie has a unique perspective as a parent with children currently attending all levels of education in our District. This offers valuable insight for her to relate and to offer accessibility to constituents with children attending HVRSD schools. While this is undeniably beneficial, I am confident that Debbie will effectively represent all residents throughout Hopewell Township.

Debbie is qualified and enthusiastic in her desire to serve our community. Please vote for Debbie Linthorst for Board of Education on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
