Congregation Beth Ohr Scholar-in-Residence to discuss ‘Operation Moses’

Rabbi Seth Frisch, of The New Shul in Philadelphia, will speak as Scholar-in-Residence on Nov. 2 and 3 at Congregation Beth Ohr, 70 Route 516, Old Bridge.

He will discuss his participation in Operation Moses, the rescue operation which brought Ethiopian Jews to Israel.

He will speak at Friday evening’s service, which begins at 7:30 p.m., following an optional 6 p.m. dinner. The cost to attend the dinner is $25 for Beth Ohr members, $30 for non-members.

Saturday morning’s service begins at 9:30 a.m. Frisch will again speak at an optional kiddush lunch following the service. He will talk about different perspectives of the Exodus. The fee for lunch is $10 for members, $15 for non-members.
