CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township, announced that board certified breast surgeon Dr. John Pellegrino, who has been on staff at CentraState Medical Center for more than 20 years, has been named the medical director of the hospital’s Comprehensive Breast Cancer Program. Pellegrino specializes in the surgical treatment of breast cancer and other diseases of the breast. As medical director, he will lead and work closely with the entire breast cancer team, which includes breast surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, diagnostic radiologists, pathologists, and other ancillary cancer specialists, to combine their expertise to evaluate and provide comprehensive, patient-tailored treatment for all stages of breast disease.
CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township, has welcomed Michelle A Mitchell, RN, MS, CNM, a certified nurse midwife with a master’s degree in midwifery. Mitchell joins CentraState’s maternity department, overseeing perinatal quality and safety measures, in addition to joining the physician staff at W2W (Women To Women) Physicians Obstetrics and Gynecology of Freehold. Mitchell’s philosophy of midwifery is providing education, empowerment and compassionate care throughout a woman’s life cycle, especially during the most transformational experiences, such as childbirth. She uses holistic and evidenced-based approaches, as dictated by the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the organization that sets the standards for maternal fetal medicine and care.
Barbara Berg, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Marlboro office, has recognized her office’s top-producing sales associates for November. Glenda Grill had the most listings of all associates in the Marlboro office during the month, while Pamela El-Ghoul led for sales. Lourdes Sambucci had the most revenue units, and Donna Donato-Svinos led all associates in the office for dollar volume in November.
