He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Bill met Connie in 1976 and it wasn’t long before the two were married and moved to Hopewell. Bill started his own contracting business in 1990 and never took the tool belt off. Billy was a loving husband, an amazing father, and a caring and fun grandfather. He was always seen with a smile on his face and a hammer on his side. He was known to many as a hard worker who worked from sunup to sundown, seven days a week. May he now enjoy the true meaning of relaxation.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Newcamp, of 40 years, and his daughters Valerie Newcamp, and Alison Myers and husband Robert Myers. His two granddaughters, Charlotte and Whitney kept him busy and brought joy to his days. Bill will always share a special bond with his surviving identical twin brother Robert Newcamp and wife Sharon, and their children Ryan Newcamp and Jenna Quinn and husband Michael Quinn. Bill was highly respected by his brother-in-laws and their families and always appreciated their love and support.
