Christian teenagers from across the United States will come to Monmouth County to repair homes for low income, elderly or disabled residents from July 8-12.
Teams of five teenagers and at least one adult leader will do the work. Eligible repairs may include exterior painting, interior painting, mobile home roof coating, wheelchair ramps, porch repair or replacement, weatherization, exterior step repair or replacement and limited roofing. No plumbing or electrical work.
Labor and materials will be free to qualifying homeowners. There is no financial prerequisite. The only qualifications are the person cannot do the needed work or cannot afford the materials. The person must own the home.
In order to be considered for qualification, return the application by Feb. 28.
