Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Conn., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester: from Colts Neck – Abigail Burtone,  Christopher Gerhard and Alex Taglieri; from Englishtown – Kaitlyn Nicastro; from Freehold – Tyler Amberger, Andrew DePass, Amanda Hunt, Camryn Hurley, Calli Jackson, Elizabeth Jasko, Zachary Krauss, Kristen MacFarlane, Nicole Mella, Christa Reilly and Sara Weiss; from Manalapan – Julia Bava, Kathryn Deluca, Lizabeta Fainman, Gianna Falletta, Christina Harrison, Danielle Kladerman, Jamie Larkin, Francesca Marchiano, Brooke Newman, Bianca Pisani and Stephanie Vanasco; from Marlboro – Daniel Bok, Sarah Daghestani, Macie Ditillo, Samantha Drake, Jillian Knox and Kayla Marcano; and from Morganville – Cassandra Cala, Rosalia Imperato, Gabrielle Licht, Michael Notkin, Jessica Ruderman, Briana Scotti and Jack Zemlanicky.

Victoria Giardina of Manalapan has been named to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester at The College of New Jersey, Ewing. She is a journalism and professional writing major and a communication studies minor. Victoria has been accepted to the College Ambassador Program and will represent the diversity and caliber of TCNJ students by working with the Office of Admissions to give daily and weekend tours, assist in admissions events and represent the college. Victoria is a feature writer for Her Campus Media, a member of the Italian Club, a news anchor for Lions Television and chair of fundraising for Women in Business.

Emily Davis of Colts Neck, a student at Delaware Valley University, Doylestown, Pa., participated in LeaderShape Institute over winter break. LeaderShape and DelVal partnered to host a session of the institute in January 2019 in Lancaster County, Pa. LeaderShape Institute is a leadership development program for college students.

The University of Dayton, Ohio, has named Colts Neck resident Kara Camarco to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester.

Jolie Rosenthal of Manalapan has been named to the dean’s list at the University of New Hampshire, Durham, N.H., for earning highest honors for the fall 2018 semester. Jolie is majoring in occupational therapy.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Mass., announced that Sarah Elice of Morganville, a member of the class of 2020 majoring in electrical and computer engineering, was named to the dean’s list for academic excellence for the fall 2018 semester.

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Pa., has named Andrew Atschinow, a freshman pre-medicine student from Colts Neck, to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester.

The University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisc., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the fall semester of the 2018-19 academic year: from Manalapan – Samantha Perskin, College of Engineering, dean’s honor list, and Stacey Sukoff, College of Letters and Science, dean’s list; and from Morganville – Madeleine Davis, College of Letters and Science, dean’s list.

Erin Walsh of Englishtown has been named to the fall 2018 dean’s list at Lasell College, Newton, Mass. Erin is a fashion design and production major, and is a member of the class of 2022.

Delaware Valley University, Doylestown, Pa., has named the following area residents to the  fall 2018 dean’s list: Emily Davis of Colts Neck and Alexa Domenico of Morganville.

Cedarville University, Cedarville, Ohio, has named Isabella Schaffer of Manalapan to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester. Isabella is majoring in nursing.

Emily Long, the daughter of Susan and Greg Long of Freehold Township, has been named to the dean’s list at the University of Delaware, Newark, Del., for the fall 2018 semester. Emily is a senior and is pursuing a degree in nursing. She is a graduate of Freehold High School, Freehold Borough.

Josh Grun of Morganville, a sophomore at the University of Delaware, Newark, Del., has been named to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester. Josh is a 2017 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Zack Grun of Morganville, a sophomore at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester. Zack is a 2017 graduate of Marlboro High School.

The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Ala., has named area residents to the dean’s list (GPA of 3.5 or above) and the president’s list (GPA of 4.0) for the 2018 fall semester: Courtney Sager of Colts Neck, dean’s list; Nino Gagliano of Freehold, dean’s list; Paige Risley of Freehold, president’s list; and Claire Studer of Freehold, dean’s list.

Scott Bayer, son of Don and Marci Bayer of Morganville, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester at the University of Maryland Business School, College Park, Md. Scott is majoring in finance and is a 2018 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Jared Bayer, son of Don and Marci Bayer of Morganville, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester at the University of Delaware, Newark, Del. Jared, a senior majoring in fine art, is a 2015 graduate of Marlboro High School.
