On Jan. 25, Century 21 Mack Morris Iris Lurie Realtors held its 32nd annual awards gala at the Grand Marquis, Old Bridge, where top sales agents and top sales teams were recognized for their achievements during 2018. Michael Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Worldwide, presented the winners with their awards.
The Top 10 Sales Associates in Production for 2018 were Laurin LaLima, Brian Lichtenthal, Carrie Moyer, Ianina Fishman, Frank Fortino, Susan Kaplan, Lori Ragovin, Marcia Sokal, Sari Fein and Garry Klein.

Jodi Goldberg, with RE/MAX Central, has qualified for the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award in 2018. In 2017, the Chairman’s Club Award was presented to less than 2 percent of all active RE/MAX agents. This is the first year Goldberg has received the award. Goldberg has been serving her community as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Central for 10 years and has extensive experience selling homes and working with buyers in Manalapan and Marlboro. Goldberg has earned Circle of Excellence Platinum level, Top 1 percent of Monmouth County Agents, RE/MAX Hall of Fame status and is an NJ Monthly Magazine “5 Star Agent.”
The Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors (MORR) will honor the 912 members who achieved the 2018 New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Award. The award recognizes members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship. MORR is planning an awards dinner in the spring in Atlantic City to honor those who earned this special statewide recognition. MORR members received 78 platinum awards, 124 gold awards, 256 silver awards and 454 bronze awards. In addition, 30 MORR members also achieved the New Jersey Realtors Distinguished Sales Club Award. The award recognizes members who achieved New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award status for 10 or more years (not necessarily consecutive).
Homesense, the newest store from the HomeGoods family of stores, will open in the Epicenter, Route 9, Manalapan, on Feb. 28. The store offers large-scale furniture, a rug emporium, a lighting department and a “general store” featuring everything from hardware to storage needs. Customers will also be able to shop for seasonal items including outdoor entertaining must-haves and holiday décor, as well as unique artwork, decorative accessories and gift-wrapping essentials.
CentraState Healthcare System, Freehold Township, announced it is the recipient of two PeRCy Awards, recognizing excellence in healthcare planning and marketing in New Jersey from the Healthcare Planning and Marketing Society of New Jersey. At an annual awards event, healthcare systems are honored for their successful marketing and public relations programs. CentraState’s projects that earned PeRCy Awards were Best Hospital Cross Media Campaign for Women’s Health Services and Best Hospital Radio Spot for Maternity Services.

iPlay America, an indoor family entertainment and events center in Freehold Township, announced that Adam Livow has joined iPlay America as executive chef and will be working with the vice president of food and beverage, Kevin Hayes Jr., to develop menus and set the culinary direction for Game Time Bar & Grill, the Event Center @iPA and the new Top Golf Swing Suite. Livow previously served as the original executive chef in 2011 and enjoyed a three-year stint with the organization. He has more than 15 years of food and beverage experience. Mathew Marini has been hired as manager of Game Time Bar & Grill and Top Golf Swing Suite and will focus on the overall restaurant experience and leading the front of the house staff. He brings to the role 15 years of experience in the food service industry, with a specific focus on the front of the house.
