Junior Achievement of New Jersey (JANJ) will celebrate its centennial with a variety of programs, events and campaigns over the next two years.
In New Jersey, the organization has been empowering K-12 youth for success through career readiness, financial empowerment, and entrepreneurship programming in partnership with the education and business communities through the power of mentorship since the early 1950s.
JANJ has been operating its headquarters out of a 22,000-square-foot former fitness center now known as the JA Education Center in the Raritan Center Business Park in Edison since 2016. The JA Education Center is also host to the JA Capstone programs’ JA Finance Park and JA BizTown simulated cities as well as hackathons, workshops, forums, board meetings and an array of special events that soon will include a 100th anniversary celebration in the fall.
