Christopher Anthony, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Marlboro office and one of its top-producing sales associates were recognized for exceptional sales success in April. The Marlboro office, which is managed by Barbara Berg, led the Weichert sales region for dollar volume, resale dollar volume and sales. Individually, sales associate Tereza Timo-Roth from the Marlboro office led the region for sales and resales during the month. The region is comprised of locations throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties. In related news, Berg announced her top-producing sales associates at the office level for April. Timo-Roth led all associates in the Marlboro office for sales, revenue units and dollar volume. Glenda Grill had the most listings, and JoAnna Siminerio and Gail Szeluga were the top team in April.
Volunteers from the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Marlboro-Manalapan office hosted an Arts and Crafts Afternoon for children in the after-school program at the Freehold Borough YMCA as part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day community service event in May. Twenty-five agents worked with the children one-on-one with toy slime, jewelry-making, decorating fans and pinwheels, painting suncatchers and coloring designs. The agents also hosted a pizza party with dessert at the end of the afternoon.

The off-site training company First Aid & CPR, LLC, Manalapan, has donated two automated external defibrillators (AED) to the township of Manalapan. Founder, CEO and National Director of Training Steve Ross of Manalapan has been offering training in CPR/AED, first aid and other safety skills through his company since 2011. According to a press release, Ross realized the Manalapan Community Center and the Manalapan Senior Center each lacked an AED, which is a lightweight, portable device that delivers an electric shock through the chest to the heart. The shock can potentially stop an irregular heartbeat and allow a normal rhythm to resume following sudden cardiac arrest. The company teaches first aid and CPR, pet first aid and CPR, courses for businesses such as restaurant safety, active shooter awareness, babysitting courses and more.
