Registered Dietitian Janet Blum and Board-Certified Wellness Coach Jackie Catalano will present a session exploring how nutrition and healthy habits can ensure a better quality of life with less stress and better sleep at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the Old Bridge Library, 1 Old Bridge Plaza, corner of Route 516 and Cottrell Road, Old Bridge.
They will provide strategies to help foster a healthy mind, end the diet cycle and create a life in motion.
All attendees will receive a free virtual wellness assessment and a list of healthy/balanced 100 calorie snack ideas.
