A math tutor in Plainsboro charged on July 31 with inappropriately touching a 15-year-old student has also been charged with criminal conduct involving three additional victims
Suresh Rawal, 65, of East Windsor, was charged on Aug. 27 with two counts of sexual assault in the second degree, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the third degree, and one count of criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree, according to information provided by Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey, Chief Fred Tavener of the Plainsboro Police Department, and Chief Raymond J. Hayducka of the South Brunswick Police Department.
The ongoing investigation determined that in April 1999, Rawal allegedly inappropriately touched a child between the age of 6 and 7 during a tutoring session at Rawal’s residence in Plainsboro, according to the statement.
The investigation also determined that between May and July 2019, Rawal allegedly inappropriately touched an 11-year-old on multiple occasions during tutoring sessions. This contact took place at his place of business, the KASR Capital Academy located at 666 Plainsboro Road, Suite 1175, in Plainsboro.
It was also determined that in August 2017, Rawal allegedly inappropriately touched a 16-year-old during a tutoring session at the student’s residence in South Brunswick, according to the statement.
The investigation is active and is continuing.
