The East Brunswick Public Library now has a dedicated social work student intern to help answer patrons’ questions.
Library customers can meet with Sandra Burstyn, a Masters in Social Work intern from Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work, from 4-8 p.m. Tuesdays and from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays in the lounge area of the library near the passports counter, Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick. She can help connect patrons with a variety of services, including food aid, homeless support, addiction, health services, housing, jobs, depression, bereavement, literacy, housing, mental health and voter registration.
The consultations are free and available without an appointment.
Or, to schedule an appointment, email Burstyn at [email protected].
