FREEHOLD – Administrators in the Freehold Borough K-8 School District are seeking input from community members as they begin to develop a new strategic plan.
To assist in the development of a new five-year strategic plan, district administrators have created a survey which interested individuals may fill out. The feedback will help guide the administrators in discussions, goal-setting sessions and action plans for the next five years.
“We are interested in hearing from stakeholders regarding the strengths, challenges and priorities that will guide the planning and implementation of our strategic plan for the next five years,” district administrators wrote in a statement.
The survey may be found in English at www.surveymonkey.com/r/Freehold-English

All responses to the survey will be anonymous. The survey will be available until Oct. 7.
Superintendent of Schools Rocco Tomazic said all public school districts engage in strategic planning, which usually occurs in five-year intervals.
“The process helps the district to chart its course forward and to be responsive to the community and students,” he said. “Freehold Borough is at that point again, so we have reached out to our community to capture input and data.
