Princeton Police Department seeking information after man assaulted Wednesday morning

Police are asking for help in finding the person who slashed a man on the arm as the victim was walking on Leigh Avenue shortly before 3 a.m. on Oct. 23.

Police responded to a call about an assault on Leigh Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a 19-year-old Princeton man suffering from a laceration on the arm.

The victim was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, but his condition is not known at this time, police said.

Police are seeking witnesses to the assault, as well as surveillance cameras that may have captured the incident. Witnesses or those with surveillance cameras can call the Princeton Police Department at 609-921-2100.
