The Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors (MORR) has chosen David Reich, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties, Manalapan, as the 2019 Realtor of the Year, and Patricia (Tricia) Salzer Beam, Coldwell Banker Spring Lake, as the 2019 Realtor-Associate of the Year.
Beam has also been chosen as the 2019 Realtor-Associate of the Year for the State of New Jersey by New Jersey Realtors.
Reich has been a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey for more than 39 years. Prior to entering real estate, he attended the State University of New York, New Paltz, served in the U.S. Army and worked in the investment industry.
Reich presently serves on the MORR Board of Directors. He has been the Commercial Industrial Investment co-chair for the last 12 years and he serves as his office RPAC liaison. Reich also dedicates his time as the Master of Ceremonies for many of MORR’s events.
An active member of Sunrise Optimist Club Freehold since 1989, Reich is a current board member and has served as their president.
Reich resides in Freehold with his wife Duane. He has four grown children and seven grandchildren.
Beam has been a real estate agent for 23 years. Before her real estate career, she was the vice president of sales for a major shoe company.
She has chaired the MORR Professional Standards Committee for six years. She has served as a member of the Circle of Excellence, Budget and Finance, Grievance, RPAC and Legislative and Political Affairs committees. Beam is currently a member of the New Jersey Realtors Professional Standards Committee and has served on the NJR Communications Committee.
Tricia is very active in the Monmouth County community and is involved with Boys and Girls Club of Monmouth County, Fulfill, Mary’s Place and Common Ground.
Beam resides in the Manasquan Park section of Wall with her husband Tom.
