American Repertory Ballet and Princeton Ballet School will hold an On Pointe presentation offering an insider’s look on the school’s 65th anniversary performance preview from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 at the New Brunswick Studio, 60 Bayard St.
The event is free and open to the public, and will include a preview of the school’s spring show performed by Princeton Ballet School students.
The anniversary performance will be held in May 2020. The spring performance will include new choreography, plus excerpts from “The Sleeping Beauty,” “Cinderella,” “Nutcracker,” “Coppelia” and more ballets honoring its founder Audrée Estey’s legacy.
On Pointe is part of a monthly community enrichment series hosted by American Repertory Ballet at Princeton Ballet School. The 2019-20 On Pointe series is sponsored by Anthony and Marlene M. Volpe.
