Michele Church, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Marlboro office was recognized for exceptional sales performance at the regional level in November.

The office, which is managed by Barbara Berg, led its Weichert sales region in resale dollar volume for the month. The region is comprised of locations throughout Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties.

And, Berg has recognized the top-producing sales associates at the office level for their achievements in November. Danielle Spressert had the most sales, listings, sales volume and revenue units of all associates in the Marlboro office for the month. The Team of the Month was Gail Szeluga and JoAnna Siminerio. The Monmouth County Planning Board recently presented CentraState Healthcare System, Freehold Township, with the 2019 Planning Merit Award in recognition of its solar energy initiative which has given CentraState the honor of being the largest hospital producer of solar energy in New Jersey.

The board’s Merit Award Program recognizes plans, projects, programs, individuals, municipalities, businesses, community leaders and stakeholder organizations that have made a significant contribution to the advancement of planning and planning outcomes in Monmouth County.

CentraState’s carport installment, in combination with the solar farm on the property, will allow CentraState to generate 61% of its electric consumption, achieve savings of approximately $500,000 in energy costs each year, and reduce the hospital’s drain on Freehold Township’s electrical grid.
