EAST BRUNSWICK–The Township Council introduced an ordinance that, if adopted, will amend the municipal code to install a stop sign at the Overland Road and Frost Avenue intersection.
“This ordinance is just to put a stop sign at the intersection of Overland and Frost as recommend by our traffic safety [unit],” Business Administrator Joseph Crisuocolo said during the Feb. 10 council meeting.
The final reading is scheduled for Feb. 24. If adopted, the new stop intersection will be located near Frost Elementary School.
This ordinance will take effect 20 days after final passage, adoption and publication, according to the council.
