The Edison Arts Society will open its fifth annual Student Juried Art Exhibit at 6:30 p.m. on March 6 at the Edison Arts Society (EAS) Gallery, third floor of the Edison Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Blvd., Edison.
Pat Ruben from PM Studios will judge the show. The exhibit will run from March 6-30. The gallery is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the business week.
John P. Stevens High School in Edison will present student works ranging from ceramics, paintings and pencil drawings. Their teachers Susan Kacani, Alison Paolello, Kristen Pellegrino and Sherry Yee are very proud of the work they have done. Woodrow Wilson Middle School in Edison will also present student works with encouragement from their teachers Melissa Molnar and Brian Romeo.
The JP Stevens High School String Quartet under the direction of Dr. Brian Verdi will provide entertainment at the opening of the exhibit. Light refreshments will be served.
