Pre-teens can learn about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital will host Project Inspire virtually from Aug. 10-14.

The program provides education lessons for children 10-12 years old about nutrition, healthy snacks and ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Children will learn how to build a healthy plate, identify healthy snacks, be physically active, learn the importance of breakfast and prepare easy snacks at home.

The sessions will run from 10-11:30 a.m. each day.
