A drive-through Halloween costume contest will be held from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 30 in the parking lot of the North Brunswick Public Library, 880 Herman Road.
The “Be Happy, Be Brave, Be Drug Free” costume contest is supported by Mobile Family Success Center of Middlesex County and the Wellspring Center for Prevention.
