There were elections for seats on the East Windsor Regional School Board on Nov. 3.
The results listed here reflect what has been posted online by the Mercer County Clerk’s Office as of Nov. 3. Mail-in ballots can be received through Nov. 10, and provisional ballots will be tabulated post-Nov. 11, according to the county.
The results are not final and it is not known when the results will be final.
The results of the election will remain unofficial until they are certified.
Seven seats on the nine-member school board are set aside for East Windsor residents and two are earmarked for Hightstown residents.
Incumbent school board member Jeanne Marlene Bourjolly and opponent Jagruti Patel are vying for one full three-year term on the school board open to East Windsor residents. Bourjolly received 4,491 votes. Patel received 3,591 votes. There were 130 write-in votes.
No one filed to run for a full, three-year term on the school board to represent Hightstown Borough. There were 251 write-in votes.
No one filed to run for a one-year unexpired term on the school board to represent East Windsor. There were 354 write-in votes.
