Eating Smart & Being Active for Expecting and New Moms will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 10 and at 11 a.m. Nov. 17. Join nutrition educators from NJ SNAP-Ed for virtual workshops focused on helping expecting or new mothers stay healthy. The topic for Nov. 10 is Eating Smart & Being Active during Pregnancy, covering topics about seeing a healthcare provider regularly, eating healthy and being active during pregnancy, and combating common pregnancy discomforts.
