A hit-and-run crash on Princeton-Kingston Road resulted in a charge of driving while intoxicated being leveled against a 31-year-old Princeton man in the Oct. 21 incident. He was taken to police headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
A Stanworth Lane resident reported that someone made a fraudulent charge totaling $1,299 on her Apple account, which was connected to her bank account. The incident was reported Oct. 21.
A leather handbag valued at $1,750 was reported stolen from a Nassau Street store Oct. 21. The caller told police that two people entered the store and took the handbag.
A 26-year-old man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a single-car crash on Mountain Avenue Oct. 23. Police were dispatched to investigate the crash and determined that the driver was driving while intoxicated. He was taken to police headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
An Albert Way resident told police that someone stole both of her son’s bicycles from the bicycle racks in front of the Avalon Princeton apartment development Oct. 27. The bicycles were valued at a combined $248.
A racial slur and a harassing comment were typed into the “chat” function by an unknown person during the Princeton Public Schools Board of Education’s Oct. 28 Zoom meeting. The proper authorities were notified and the Detective Bureau is investigating the incident of bias intimidation and cyber harassment.
