Mrs. Monaghan, 56 of Upper Freehold, diedApril 27, 2012, at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she worked for the Glenwood Management Group in New York. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Monaghan; a daughter, Alexandra Luppens; her mother, Stella Laing; four stepchildren, Caitlin, Ryan, Colleen and Catherine Monaghan; and a cousin, Helene Sirpis. Funeral services were held at the United Presbyterian Church of Millstone, Perrineville, followed by interment in the church cemetery. Arrangements were by the Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
