First, 74 Broad St. is a 12,000- square-foot three-story mixed use building at the corner of Broad Street and Monmouth Street. This was one of the first buildings built in Red Bank and was constructed around 1900. Its original architecture is still in place although the building is now undergoing an extensive refurbishing. You can see the scaffolding as you pass by. The building was sold to Morco, LLC Red Bank.
The second sale includes 2 lots, 91- 95 E. Front St. This 1.13 acre parcel is located directly on the Navesink River next to Riverview Medical Center. It consists of an office building and multifamily house, both with the original architecture in tact. The property sits high overlooking the river and offers spectacular waterfront views. The building was sold to Meridian Health Realty Corp., Neptune.
