Mr. Foschi, 86, formerly of Philadelphia, diedMay 19, 2008, in Shrewsbury. He was a retired employee of the federal government in Philadelphia. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Lida and Anthony Del Vecchio of Shrewsbury; a nephew; and two nieces. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery, Lansdowne, Pa. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
