Knights of Columbus, Vincent T. Lombardi Council, Middletown, will host the second annual “Run for Vocations” as part of the New Jersey Marathon on May 4, to raise awareness about the need for vocations and to raise funds for the Diocese of Trenton’s Sacred Heart House of Priestly Formation. The four-man relay team will take to the streets of Long Branch and Monmouth Beach to run or walk a portion of the 26.2-mile race. “Healing Through Happiness and Sadness” will be presented by Dr. Steven E. Hodes, May 3 at 1 p.m. at Monmouth County Library, Eastern Branch, 1001 Route 35, Shrewsbury.
