“Poppies” ‘Visiting the Seasons,” a show of watercolor paintings by Sally Brandenburg, is at Little Silver Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Ave.
The exhibition features 20 paintings by Brandenburg of Little Silver, an artist and teacher. The show will run through March.
After working in a variety of mediums, Brandenburg begin to focus exclusively on watercolor in the late 1970s.
She enjoys doing floral and landscape watercolors as well as painting the old Victorian houses along the Jersey Shore.
Brandenburg is an exhibiting member of the Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury, where she has been teaching watercolor for 21 years. She is a member of the New Jersey Watercolor Society and the Garden State Watercolor Society. Her work can be seen in private and corporate collections in several states including New Jersey.
