The Arc of Monmouth, Tinton Falls, will host its annual "Transition Night" from 7-9 p.m. Dec. 7. The free event will be at the Arc Center, 1158 Wayside Road, Tinton Falls. It is open to high school special education students and their families.
Representatives from various agencies will be on hand to discuss employment options, community living, transportation, recreation, guardianship and disability determination.
