• Fish Fry, sponsored by Clark-Moetz Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2319, 5- 8 p.m., at the post home, 45 Broad St., Milltown. Fresh-fish meal. Nonperishable food items for donation to the local food bank accepted. Dinners offered the third Friday of every month at the post. • Tricky Tray and Gift Auction, sponsored by the East Brunswick Youth Council, doors open at 6 p.m. for viewing, event begins at 7:30 p.m., at Hammarskjold Middle School, 200 Rues Lane, East Brunswick. Prizes include an iPad 2, LCD HDTV, Xbox 360 with Kinect, digital camera, Blu-Ray Disc player, video-game chair, gift baskets, sports memorabilia, gift certificates, more. 50/50 drawing. Advance tickets cost $7 and include one sheet of 25 tickets, door-prize ticket, complimentary refreshments; available at the Division of Recreation and Parks, 350 Dunhams Corner Road, East Brunswick. • Used Clothing Drive, sponsored by the championship East Brunswick Baseball League (EBBL) 12U Travel Team, 8 a.m.- noon, at the EBBL Complex, Dunhams Corner Road. Sought: wearable and usable clothing for men, women, children; shoes, belts, handbags, etc.; linens (bedding, curtains, towels, etc.); stuffed animals; hard toys. Proceeds help defray the team’s travel expenses for the Cooperstown Dream Park summer tournament July 7-13.
