Elliott Rubinson recently was appointed vice president land approvals at Kara Homes Inc., East Brunswick.
Prior to joining the home building firm, Rubinson was director of construction with the Briad Group, Florham Park; a partner and senior project manager with the Kushner Group, also Florham Park; and a partner and senior project manager with Atlantic Realty, Woodbridge. He received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Brooklyn College of the City of New York, Brooklyn.
