Mrs. Payne, 74, of the Parlin section of Old Bridge, died Feb. 22, 2011, in CareOne at East Brunswick. Prior to her retirement in 1998, she was employed as an accounts-payable clerk at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division, where she worked for 14 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter. Surviving are a daughter, Debra Troutman, and her husband, Tom, of Old Bridge; a son, Richard, and his wife, Barbara, of Brielle; two sisters, Doris Fonde, and her husband, Ronald, of Lakewood and Arline Zucker of Old Bridge; four grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin section of Sayreville. Interment was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.
