+ Bargain Book and Media Sale, sponsored by the East Brunswick Friends of the Library, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. March 22-24, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 25, in the J.C. Penney court at Brunswick Square Mall, Route 18, East Brunswick. Gently used hardcover and paperback books, audiobooks, video games, computer software, collectors items, DVDs and CDs, all at discounted prices. The East Brunswick Library Puppeteers will offer free puppet shows for youngsters at 7 and 7:30 p.m. on March 22. Cash and checks only; credit cards not accepted. + Mother-Son Sports Night, sponsored by Our Lady of Lourdes School, doors open at 6 p.m., music and games from 7-9 p.m., at the school, 44 Cleveland Ave., Milltown. Dinner, refreshments available for purchase. Boys in prekindergarten-eighth grade are invited to bring their mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, aunts, big sisters, etc., to the event.
