Registration to begin for ‘Snakes Alive’

A youth program titled “Snakes Alive” is planned for 11-1:45 a.m. on July 7 at the Old Bridge Public Library Main Branch, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.

Gerry Wronski, a fish and wildlife volunteer, will offer a presentation on snakes commonly found in New Jersey. Participants will have the opportunity to see the snakes up close while learning about the reptiles’ habits.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. on June 27 at the library children’s desk. The program is limited to 75 youngsters. For more information and to register, call (732) 721-5600, ext. 5028.
