The Old Bridge Cultural Arts Committee will host a “Drive-in Movie” event on June 30 at the Old Bridge municipal complex, Route 516 and Cottrell Road. Gates will open at 7 p.m. The family-friendly feature film will begin at 8:30 p.m.
Admission is $10 per carload, $1 for lawn seating. Advance registration is requested. Refreshments available for purchase.

Sons of Italy to offer
final dinner of season
The Order of the Sons of Italy-Sgt. John Basilone will host its final home-cooked Tuesday-Night Dinner of the season beginning at 6:30 p.m. on June 27 at the Imperial Music Center, 48 Appleby Ave., South River.
The freshly prepared meal will include vegetable soup, salad, chicken parmigiana with spaghetti, cake and coffee. Cost is $9 per person. Tuesday-Night Dinners will return on Sept. 12.
Proceeds from yard sale
to aid Allison Mee Fund
The Lawrence Brook School Student Council will sponsor a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 24 at 2 Mitchell Ave., East Brunswick. Proceeds will benefit the Allison Mee Fund.
Allison, a 7-year-old Lawrence Brook student with a rare blood disorder known as aplastic anemia, will undergo a bone-marrow transplant in July.
Sales of Mimi’s Ices ($2 each) at the event also will benefit the Mee Fund.
