SCOTT FRIEDMAN Jackson Liberty High School’s Mike Russo captured his 154th career win and third Region 6 crown on Feb. 28 at the Pine Belt Arena, Toms River. Russo, a two-time state tournament place-winner, will begin his quest for his first state title on March 6 in Atlantic City.
