Mr. Pavese, 74, of Jackson, died April 16, 2012, at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Prior to retiring, he was employed for 45 years as a heavy equipment operator for D’Anunzzio & Sons, Scotch Plains. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Pavese; and a brother, John Pavese. Surviving are six daughters, Linda Pavese of Jackson, Patricia Pavese of Jackson, Dorothy Mitchell of Browns Mills, Diane Landacre ofMorrow, Ohio, Carol Robison of Chesapeake, Va., and Cathy Gallucci of Virginia Beach, Va.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph Pavese of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., and Steve Pavese of Tuxedo, N.Y.; and a sister, Dorothy Clark of New Hampshire. A funeral service was held at the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson. Cremation was private.
