Mrs. Farley, 66, of Toms River, formerly of Jackson, died Oct. 22, 2011. She was employed as a chief financial officer, working for South Toms River, Plumsted and Jackson townships. Surviving are a son, Ernest L. Farley, of Toms River; three grandchildren; and a brother, Louis A. Valenti, and his wife, Eva Marie, of Toms River. Afuneral Mass was celebrated at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, Toms River, followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Toms River. Arrangements were by the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River.
