Mrs. Lammers, 86, of Manalapan, died Sept. 7, 2011. After raising her family, she held a position on the Manalapan Planning Board, worked as a freelance writer and was employed by Equifax. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald; a brother, Jack; two sisters, Lucille and Marge; her infant son, Mark; and a niece, Debbie. Surviving are six children, Claudia Lammers, of East Bend, N.C., Jennifer Bilquist and her husband, Scott, of Toms River, Cynthia LoPinto and her husband, Joe, of Tampa, Fla., Donna Modula and her husband, Bill, of Jackson, Leah Lammers-Janosko and her husband, Steve, of Cary, N.C., and Dirk Lammers of Sioux Falls, S.D; and 10 grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Freehold, followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent section of Manalapan.
