Mr. McClellan, 62, of Manchester, died March 14, 2011, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Florida, he had lived in Tinton Falls and in Manchester for the past 10 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Mc- Clellan was employed as a corrections officer in Calhoun City, Fla., and later as a security officer for Georgian Court University, Lakewood. He was predeceased by a brother, Jerry. He is survived by his wife, Karen; a son and daughter-inlaw, John and Mary of Blountstown, Fla.; a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Ishmeal Okwabi of Tallahassee, Fla.; two stepsons, Peter Cole of Minneapolis, Minn., and David Cole and his wife, Odeta, of Manasquan; a stepdaughter, Christine Yaccarino, and her husband, Louis, of Tinton Falls; a brother and sister-in-law, Glen and Danita McClellan of Blountstown, Fla.; and seven grandchildren. Interment was private. A memorial gathering and service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold.
