Mr. Baillie, 82, of the Leisure Village West section of Manchester Township, formerly of Jackson and Wall Township, died Dec. 10, 2010, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was the owner of Baillie Store Design Co. and was an innovator in design concepts for retail stores in the Northeast. After he retired, he and his wife developed and sold the Purr-fect Privy system for cats. He also held several other patents. Mr. Baillie was one of the founders of the Holbrook Little League in Jackson. He was predeceased by a sister, Rosemarie Baillie. Surviving are his wife, Suzanne Mulshine Baillie; three sons, Robert A. Baillie Jr. of Lake Como, Scott Baillie of Jackson and Bruce Baillie of Manalapan; three stepchildren, Steven Flint, Robert Flint, and Linda Fisher, all of Wall Township; four grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
