Mrs. Gorbich, 90, of Howell, died July 14, 2010, at Geraldine Thompson Health Care Center, Wall. She was born in Manville and had lived in Farmingdale prior to moving to Howell. She was a homemaker and a Sunday school teacher. Mrs. Gorbich was predeceased by her husband, Walter, in 2006, and a daughter, Carolyn Ann Gorbich, in 1962. Surviving are four sons, Robert Gorbich of Howell, Richard Gorbich and his wife, Connie of Quarryville, Pa., Ronald Gorbich of Howell, and Roger Gorbich and his wife, Cheryl of Twin Mountain, N.H.; two sisters, Helen Litwinetz of Cape May and Olga Piscadlo of Manville; and a grandson. A funeral service was held at the First United Methodist Church of Farmingdale, followed by interment in the Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent section of Manalapan.
