Mr. Chiang, 45, of Howell, passed away on May 21, 2010, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in East Orange, he lived in Colts Neck before moving to Howell 14 years ago. He graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and from Monmouth University, Long Branch, with a Master of Engineering degree. He was an engineer for the U.S. Army at Fort Monmouth in Eatontown for 22 years. He is survived by his wife, Yang; two daughters, Sophia and Mia, both of Howell; and his father, Ngh-hui Chiang of Freehold. A funeral service was held at the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold. Entombment was at Marlboro Memorial Mausoleum, Marlboro.
