JACKSON — AARP will offer free tax assistance to the public, once again, at the Jackson library, 2 Jackson Drive. There are no age or residency requirements. Volunteers from the AARP will be at the library on Thursday mornings from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. from Feb. 4 through April 15. Appointments are required.
