HOWELL — The Howell Emergency Services Help Haiti Organization (HESHH) will hold a coin toss to help victims of the earthquake that struck the nation of Haiti on Jan. 12. The coin toss will be held Jan. 30-31 and Feb. 6-7.
Members of the Howell First Aid Squad, Ramtown First Aid Squad, Farmingdale-Howell First Aid Squad, Squankum Fire Department, Ramtown Fire Department and Southard Fire Department will be stationed at the following intersections throughout Howell to collect money for the people of Haiti: Route 9 and Lanes Mill Road (by Wal-Mart); Route 547 and 524 (by Kelle Chevrolet); Newtowns Corner Road and Lakewood-Allenwood Road (in the Ramtown section of Howell); and Route 9 and New Friendship Road (by Kmart).
