Thanks to youngsters for
raising $454 in donations
This letter is to thank all the residents of Pitney Lane and Danielle Court in Jackson who donated money to several neighborhood children who were handing out flags on Sept. 15. The children, Tara Weigand, Samantha Hayton, Michael Lisuzzo, Katie Wiggins, Ryan Connell and Sabrina Lisuzzo, collected $454. The money was sent the next day along with a letter Tara wrote. Not only did they collect money but they also gave their allowances. We are all very proud of these kids who should be commended for their show of patriotism and citizenship. Thank you for flying the flags they gave you because this is a reminder of how we stand united, not only adults, but also our children. God bless America!
