SHREWSBURY — Elberon Zen Circle has moved its location to the Quaker Meeting House, at the corner of Sycamore Avenue and Broad Street (Route 35), Shrewsbury, and theYoga Basin studio, 603 Mattison Ave., Asbury Park.
Zen meditation practice, based on a 900- year-old Japanese Zen tradition, will be taught and practiced at the Quaker Meeting House the second and fourth Saturday of each month at 10 a.m.
In downtown Asbury Park, the group will meditate on Wednesday evenings starting at 5 p.m. at the Yoga Basin studio.
The Long Branch-based Zen practice center is affiliated with the San Francisco Zen Center (www.sfzc.org).
