Mrs. Flanagan-Cohen, 55, of Union Beach, died July 18, 2011, in Holmdel. She was a resident of Hazlet before moving to Union Beach 25 years ago. Mrs. Flanagan-Cohen was a dental assistant for Dr. E. Winograd, Hazlet, and worked as a sales associate for many years at Fashion Bug in Hazlet after raising her sons. Her husband, Richard Cohen, and a brother, Michael Flanagan, preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, Daniel and Matthew of Union Beach; her mother and father, Beverly and Thomas L. Flanagan of Hazlet; and two brothers, Thomas and Timothy. Funeral services were held at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. Burial followed at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
